• Minor adjustments impacting the play-ability and mechanical functionality of the instrument.
• Included COA covers up to 4 hours/4 pads (instead of 3 hours/3 pads) and small dent and scratch removal.

• Adjustments due to normal wear and tear, including ripped pads as needed.
• Included COA covers up to 4 hours/4 pads (instead of 3 hours/3 pads) and small dent and scratch removal where possible.

• Included  COA(s) must be completed by an Flute Center technician within the term length of the concierge contract. 
• To qualify for this service, any non-new or non-CPO instrument(s) must have a full COA level or above repair completed by FCNY at normal service rates ($550+).
• New and CPO instruments have a 14-day grace period for enrollment from the original purchase date of the instrument. Service contract start date will be retroactively set to the original date of purchase if purchased during the 14-day grace period.
• Newly purchased new and CPO instruments seeking enrollment beyond the 14-day enrollment grace period are subject to review for potential pre-qualifying repairs.

This guarantee does not replace the manufacturer’s limited warranty for new instruments and includes exclusive services and benefits beyond FC’s Standard Service Guarantee for new and certified pre-owned instruments.
