Handmade, All 14K rose gold with C# trill and B-foot joint. Large diamond on D# key.

This flute is one of the rarest and most spectacular flutes I have ever sold through my shop! It has a core sound that is as sweet as a flute can be. At the time of its manufacture (1926), only a small number of all 14K gold Haynes flutes had been made. I plays perfectly at 440-442. It comes in its original case (alligator covered), and still has the original pure 14K gold caps and crutch. To find a C# trill key from this time is also very rare.For the collector and more importantly, for the player. This is definitely an instrument designed for the soloist in mind. The condition is almost "as new".
